I can't think of a better place for a run. So proud of my girls for running the two miles with us!

4th of July

Was an unbelievably cool and drizzly day. We gardened, played in the rain, played with fire works and watch the big ones. It was a beautiful family day.

birthday

Two weeks ago Jack turned four! We spent the day at Sea World. I can't believe my baby it four!!!

father's day

Father's Day in San Diego! We spent the day at the beach. Ava and Jack played in the sand and Lily spent most of it on her boogie board. Happy Father's Day daddy and my daddy too.

ice princess

Ava skated in her first competition today. She has been begging to do one for the past 7 months. She skated great and came in a very close second place! I'm so proud of her!

friday fun day

Friday is our only day with nothing on the schedule. So for the next seven weeks it's Friday fun day! Today we hit the Sea Life Aquarium for the first time. The kids had a great time. It was like an appetizer for Sea World.

53 days of summer vacation

If we only had 104 days like phineas and ferb! These seven weeks are going to fly by and I'm going to enjoy every minute of it. Swim team, gymnastics, movies, ice skating, hockey, big surf, girl scout camp, San Diego, library, playdates, fun Fridays!

Day one: Today the kids got their own library card and started the summer reading program. We stocked the the kitchen with yummy food and watched a movie. We finished the day off at swim team practice. Everyone was sleeping when their head hit the pillow!
