year two

it's tough to narrow an entire year down to one blog post. so many images. so many memories. the second year was tough. a busy little girl, a sick prego mommy. but worth every exhausting moment. one is FUN!

in only one week

my baby girl will be six. SIX. each year it's hard to believe how fast the time has gone. this year has by far gone by the quickest, but has been one of the most exciting. i would say the sixth year is right up there with the first for milestones. getting your ears pierced. the first day of kindergarten. reading. riding a bike. tying your shoes. loosing your first tooth. it's amazing to think back on all of the little and big things my girl has accomplished. i am proud. i am happy. i am in love with the little young lady she has become.


now time to reminisce. this week i want to share the early lily. today, her first year. some of my favorite memories.

better late than never

it's already been three weeks since jack turned one! i know....where is this second year going. so i figured i should post his slideshow and stats before lily's birthday in only a few weeks. not to mention this blog has now become my only form of baby documentation. i was never really good at the baby book thing :)

independence day

hope yours was great. we decided to skip the bbq's and have a family day. seems like we don't get many "just us" days since scott ends up working many holidays. we caught a showing of ice age in the morning then hit the mall. made it home for lunch and a nap :) turkey burgers then off to the fireworks. everyone enjoyed the show. ava loved it all, lily couldn't wait for the finale and jack just sat and stared the entire 20 minutes. it was a great day.

days old. today is the last day my baby is a baby. well, he will always be my baby but tomorrow he is ONE!

bobble lip
